The fitness of great importance valuable to the overall fitness of the individual, it is of importance of social, health, psychological, mental and physical aspects:
• in social terms:

Fitness to improve public health work, increases the vital capacity of the lungs, and increase the size of the heart thereby acting less and the economy, and the development of the muscular system, and reduce the spread, especially heart disease, diseases and excessive, fitness work to improve the texture and composition of physical harmonious and control weight.
• From the psychological point of view:
Allows multiple opportunities for the individual to have the ability to self-expression, and to control development in the agitation which enables it to good conduct in critical situations. It also works on the formation of personality characterized by a balanced and comprehensive, integrated, and psychological equilibrium and pleasure, success and satisfaction.
• mental development:
Sports activities working to give the individual values and experiences and cognitive concepts that enable acquired through the exercise of activities, sports activities and is working to develop different skills and mental processes application and analysis, synthesis, perception and perception, attention and thinking.
